WebBradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT) have decided to pay employees at a rate equivalent to the Voluntary Living Wage for the year commencing 1 April 2016. This is higher than the National Living Wage recently introduced to replace the National Minimum Wage. The Voluntary Living Wage is currently set at £8.25 per hour. WebBTHFT is responsible for providing hospital and community services for the people of Bradford and beyond. The Trust operates over several sites, including Bradford Royal Infirmary, which provides the majority of inpatient services, and St Luke’s Hospital, which predominantly provides outpatient and rehabilitation services.
