It's often recommended to go to 30 then reincarnate because you can reincarnate from 30 to 20 (Epic Reincarnation, ER), then go from 20 back to 1 (True Reincarnation, TR) and get twice the benefits. Maybe more than twice; ER feats are arguably better than TR feats.
WebYou can play around with your savantry until about L10. Gearing isnt that hard - you just need a Power and a Lore item for your element. Scepters and rings are often both in one. You can switch your Enhancements fairly easily, as long as you're not doing it ALL the time (the cost to reset goes up each time, but decays gradually).
