WebEvery mount drop has been sub 30 for me except Seiryu (67) and so far Emerald and Diamond (30+ kills on Emerald and 15+kills on Diamond). Iirc, I had to farm each one (except for 2) 99x for the turn in. I never won the drops. Now, this was back when it was relevant, so the drop rate was awful.
