So far I managed to get 1 victory (Luckily it was the Dark Room) with the Lost in over 80 attempts. 1/80+ such horrible odds. I have lost so much patience with this character that all I am doing is restarting if I don't get a good first floor item setup. Other items of interest are Proptosis, Ludovico, Spirit of the Night, Small Rock in the first mom fight, Double Shot from Boss Rush (good synergy with Guppy I guess). Various other crap but with those items you'll melt anything in seconds anyway.
