WebbSample rate is 44100 and Buffer Size currently 48 but that was just to test, I did have 128 before and that was the same issue. I have the direct monitoring turned on in my interface. The output in Reaper also goes into the interface, so it's Scarlett in, Scarlett out. My master track is usually at 0 cause I don't touch it. For now, type “ ReaGate ” into the Filter bar at the bottom. Drag the effect into the FX: Track 1 window that should still be open.

EDIT 1: I switched my driver from ASIO4ALL to the Behringer specific driver for my interface, as well as increasing the sample rate way up to 2048 and it seems to have resolved the issue for ... All settings are Reaper default, I've made no changes to buffer size etc. 100% stock out of the box. Issue started Friday 02/15 around 7pm. Had been using Reaper for months w/o any issue.
